Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If your package has not yet been shipped, we will update the address. Once the package has left, we can no longer change the address with the carrier.

Non-personalized products are shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
Personalized night lights with a name require 6 to 7 days of production in our workshop before shipping. Therefore, please allow a total of 8 to 10 days for delivery.
Once shipped, delivery takes an average of 48 to 72 hours, depending on your country.

Delivery is free on orders of €99 or more to France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands (from €70 for Austria).

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to request a return, provided that the product has not been used, is not damaged, and is still in its original packaging.

Personalized night lights with a name are made especially for you. They therefore cannot be returned, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.

From birth. Its soft, warm light comforts babies and young children at bedtime and throughout the night.
How does the night light work?

A discreet LED system is placed behind the wooden panel and emits a soft glow. The night light operates on batteries, without wires: no electrical outlet is needed, allowing you to install it wherever you like, without any visible cable.
It is switched on and off using the small pull tab located at the bottom of the night light.

No, the batteries are not included. They are standard batteries, easy to find in supermarkets: the size is indicated on the battery compartment on the back of the night light.

Thanks to its low-power LED strip, the night light provides several hundred hours of battery life. Actual runtime depends on how often it is used: when turned on for a few hours each evening, a set of batteries typically lasts several months.

No. BabyNotte runs exclusively on batteries. This allows you to mount it anywhere on the wall, with no dangling cord and no nearby outlet.

No. The LEDs stay cool to the touch and pose no risk of overheating, making them perfectly suitable for a child's room.

The LEDs are built into the night light and designed to last a very long time. Only the batteries need to be replaced.

All our night lights are approximately 30 cm long or wide, depending on the model. The Alphabet night lights (letters) are larger: approximately 40 × 30 cm, and the Name Night Light measures approximately 40 cm.
Each night light weighs approximately 800 g: light enough for easy mounting, yet stable once hung.

These are all BabyNotte wall night lights, and they all work the same way:
- Night light: a motif (cloud, star, animal, etc.) approximately 30 cm in size.
- Alphabet: an extra-large letter (40 × 30 cm), ideal for your child's initial or for spelling out their name letter by letter.
- Name Night Light: your child's name in illuminated letters (approximately 40 cm), to hang up or place on a piece of furniture.
- Composition: a set of 2 or 3 matching night lights (with stickers), to decorate an entire section of wall.

Two options are available to you:
- Classic mounting: a simple nail or screw is all you need to hang the night light on the wall.
- Adhesive mounting: if you do not want to drill, use a commercially available hook-and-loop adhesive fastening system. One strip on the back of the night light and another on the wall: the mounting is secure and can be removed without leaving any marks.

Not necessarily. The hook-and-loop adhesive system (not included) allows for drill-free installation that can be reused and easily removed.

- Name Night Light: your child's full name in illuminated letters (approximately 40 cm), designed to be mounted on the wall or placed on a piece of furniture.
- Engraved name: on the Cloud night light (either alone or in a composition that includes a cloud), the name is engraved directly into the wood. Enter it in the designated field on the product page.
- Alphabet Letters: create an initial or the full name with our large-format letter night lights (40 × 30 cm).

Yes. Our night lights are hand-painted with water-based paint made from organic ingredients, CE-certified, and free from harmful substances.

Yes. Each piece is carefully hand-painted in our workshop, making every night light unique.

Yes. It was designed for that purpose: cool-to-the-touch LEDs, no electrical cable (so no wires within the child’s reach), and non-toxic wood and paint. It mounts on the wall, out of reach of the bed, and requires no supervision.
